Overview
Ballistics Bridge ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we
collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Data We Collect
- Personal Information: We only collect personal information you explicitly provide
(email for support, account profile data if the feature exists).
- Usage Data: Anonymous analytics about app usage and feature performance (pages/screens
visited, feature usage counters) to improve the app.
- Crash Reports & Diagnostics: Crash logs and device information (OS version, model) to
help diagnose issues.
- Push Notification Tokens: Device tokens used to deliver notifications.
- Media & Files: Photos or documents only when you choose to pick or upload them. We do
not access your media without explicit consent.
- Local Storage: Small amounts of data may be stored locally (SecureStore, SQLite) to
persist settings and user preferences.
How We Use Your Data
- Provide and maintain the app and its features.
- Investigate and fix crashes and bugs.
- Send transactional messages (e.g., notifications you opt into).
- Analyze usage patterns to improve the product.
Third-Party Services
We may use third-party services for analytics and crash reporting. These services collect information as
described above — please consult their privacy policies for details.
Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide features or comply with legal
obligations. Anonymous analytics and crash data may be retained for product improvement.
Security
We apply industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest. However, no method of
transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Your Choices
- You can disable analytics and crash reporting if such a feature is exposed in app settings.
- You can revoke camera/photo permissions in your device settings at any time; this will prevent features
that use media from working.
- To request deletion of personal data, contact admin@ballistics-bridge.com.
Children
Our app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
